Well, it’s taken almost 2 years, but a few weeks ago I finally went to the Dufferin Grove Farmer’s Market on a shopping trip. What’s neat about the Dufferin Grove Farmer’s Market, is that the market is actually open year round (many are open only in the summer). However, as it’s only open on Thursdays from 3-7PM, accessibility can be difficult- especially for working folks.

It was writing an article for that finally got me out there. My plan was too pick some items that would be good together to make a recipe with- and to my delight the food turned out to be really exceptionally above par delicious. I can’t take all the credit though. In this case, the freshness and high quality of the ingredients is what made this simple recipe delicious.
